**The Role**:
We’re seeking a **Café Lead** to help us build and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service at our small but unique café that will service The Adventure Group guests and staff at Cougar Mountain.

Serving pizza, wraps, sandwiches, and other delectable bites, making sure our guests are fueled for their adventures

Café opening hours 9am-11pm (susceptible to seasonal changes)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and product quality are met at all times.
- Oversee café day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Train and mentor café staff, providing guidance on food preparation, customer interactions, and other aspects of the job.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate reporting of sales and tips.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to succeed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
- Barista skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
