Looking for a Counterbalance operator with minimum 3 years experience. General warehouse knowledge, FIFO experience, Inventory experience, RF Scanner experience.

Rotating Two week schedule

7 am to 7 pm

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

42 Hours per week at $21.50/hr to start

There’s no shortage of jobs available for forklift operators. What there might be is a shortage of _good _jobs for reliable, experienced and talented forklift operators.

Global Warehouse has been in business for over 40 years. We have a solid customer base and a number of long term employees (a good indicator of a positive work atmosphere). Here’s what we’re looking for:
1. Reliability: We’ve had some great forklift operators over the years but what we’ve learned is if you’re great and can’t show up for work, you’re actually the worst choice for this job. Showing up on time and completing your shift as required is the single most important thing you can do.

2. Responsibility: When you’re at work, you should care about the work you do. We know everyone says that. We also know when you’re not responsible, it’s bad for us, bad for the companies we work with and ultimately means you’re not cut out for this kind of job.

3. Ability to Learn: As an LTO, you will need to learn new systems, new driving techniques and how your new workplace functions. We’ll work with you, train you on anything that’s needed and make sure you’re comfortable with the job. If you succeed, so do we.

4. Attitude: Being positive is important. We understand things happen that can bring you down - we all have issues that come up and its tough to focus on the job at hand. Do the best you can and we’ll do our best to support you.

**Salary**: From $21.50 per hour
