Job Overview:
We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering to join our team as STEM instructors. Key Responsibilities:
2. Develop and deliver engaging lessons incorporating interactive demonstrations, simulations, and hands-on projects

4. Create and grade assignments and assessments aligned with course objectives

5. Provide constructive feedback to support student learning and growth

6. Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and spark interest in STEM careers

7. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with students and parents

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
- Native-level English fluency
- Canadian or US citizenship, currently residing in Canada or USA
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex engineering concepts clearly

Preferred Experience:

- Some teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience, particularly with middle or high school students
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, robotics, or automotive design
- Familiarity with CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
- Experience with online educational platforms and interactive learning tools

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week

- Monday to Friday
