Job Title: Sani-Sol Support Staff & Outside Sales
Location: Sani-Sol Inc. Pembroke
Job Summary:
Sani-Sol is a full distributor of innovative, commercial cleaning products, equipment, and accessories. We are seeking someone reliable and hard-working to join our team in Pembroke.
This person will assist with a variety of tasks, 30% being in the office and 70% being on the road sales.
When reporting to the office your key role will be to act as a customer service representative and assist in basic warehouse and office admin upkeep, contributing to the smooth and efficient functioning of our Pembroke location.
When on the road, your key role will be to generate new leads and service current customers.
This is a contract position for 1 year, with the possiblity of extension to permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales generation
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and inventory of warehouse products and supplies
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as receiving, stocking, and packing orders
- Perform office administration tasks such as data entry and filing
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience is appreciated
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
- Valid driver's license, must own vechile
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
