**Service Team Member, Saskatoon Soccer Centre Inc. (SSCI)**

Overview

The purpose of this position is to:
**Ensure that SSCI Service Team vision, service, processes, and communication continue at the standard set by the Service Team Manger (STM to deliver a high level of customer service to our members, guests, and spectators.**

This position requires extensive availability and flexibility during the week because the hours to be worked can differ based on the weekly events/activities. This is a part-time position that will require up to 20 hrs each week.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular Service team staff duties as assigned, including but not limited to, field changes, administration of dressing room keys, facility patrols, etc.
- Answer questions from players, coaches, and spectators.
- Reporting any issues related to guest complaints, maintenance, booking adjustments etc.
- For large events and tournaments, work with STM so that both facilities are supported. This means the staff, members/guests and tournament organizers are supported before, during and after events/tournaments.

Schedule
- The hours worked each day will differ week to week depending on what is best for the members/guests while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Availability to work evenings and weekends is a requirement.

Compensation
- $14.00 / hour with increase at 500, 1000, 2000, and 3000 hours
- Part time: Approximately 8 - 20 hours / week with possibility to pick up more.

- Ability to lift 30lbs and push up to 100lbs
- Knowledge of sports, specifically soccer
- Proficient in / willing to learn Microsoft Programs

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week

**Salary**: From $14.00 per hour
