Job description:
Snappy is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our evolving team You will be key contributor to Snappy’s business expansion strategy, responsible for on boarding, training and developing strong relationships with partners and be a part of the “go to” team for all required support.

Responsibility:

- Partner onboarding
- Partner training
- Independently solve problems and provide support to partners
- Develop relationships with business owners and team members
- Collaborate with the team on new ideas
- Contribute to business expansion strategy.
- Dynamic evangelist in expressing Snappy’s vision.
- Ready to roll up the sleeves and dive right in.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

- Passion.
- Prioritization.
- Problem solving.
- Previous experience in Customer Success role in a marketplace platform preferred.
Advanced IT and networking skills is a plus
- Passion for innovation and technology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
