Production Machine Operator

**Machine Operator - nail line**
- Operate production machinery
- Inspect finished product ensuring it meets specifications
- Adjust and perform minor repairs to production machinery; grease and oil as required
- Report major production problems to group leader
- Complete required documentation (production, hours worked)
- Perform housekeeping duties in designated area
- Follow all safety regulations and operating instructions
- Slight variation of duties may be required

**Requirements**:

- Secondary V Certificate
- Mechanical aptitude
- Mechanical courses completed at a CEGEP or Technical School an asset
- Able to lift and position cartons weighing up to 60 pounds
- Can operate a forklift
- Proficiency in French or English

**Working Hours**
- Rotating over 2 shifts (6:00 am - 2:00 pm) and (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

- **OPÉRATEUR CLOU**
- Faire fonctionner des machines de production.
- Inspecter le produit fini pour s'assurer qu'il rencontre les spécifications
- Ajuster les machines et effectuer les réparations mineures; huiler et graisser les machines au besion.
- Rapporter les problèmes majeurs de fabrication au chef de groupe.
- Compléter la documentation exigée (heures travaillées)
- Exécuter le nettoyage aux endroits désignés.
- Suivre les règles de sécurité et les instructions d'opération.
- Quelques variations dans les fonctions peuvent avoir lieu à la discrétion du chef de groupe.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Certificat de Secondaire V.
- Aptitudes mécaniques.
- Cours de mécanique complétés au CEGEP ou dans une Ecole Technique seraient un atout.
- Capable de lever et manipuler des cartons pesant plus de 60 livres.
- Capable d'opérer un chariot-élévateur.
- Capacité de communiquer en Français ou en Anglais

**HEURES DE TRAVAIL**
- Sur une base rotative (6h - 14h) and (14h - 22h)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.74 per hour
