We are looking for an experienced producer to join our team in a bidding/new business capacity. This role will suit someone who has strong client-facing experience and who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for producing bid packages to send to Framestore clients
- Liaising with VFX supervisors and heads of departments to quantify best methodologies and approach for each project
- Producing bid breakdowns in parallel across multiple potential projects
- Working in the new business team, regularly reporting progress to the Film Department management team
- Responsible for reporting progress of potential new business to the Head of Production on a regular basis
- Responsible for sourcing and maintaining good relationships in this client facing role
- Responsible for keeping up to date with latest VFX developments on-set and in-house
- At times, responsible for VFX producing awarded project up until asset T/O
- VFX Producer experience of a minimum of 4 years, working on live projects up until delivery
- Experience of providing detailed and accurate bids in time pressured environment
- Up to date knowledge of VFX workflow
- Flexible availability for client calls and meetings
- Ability to work within a small team working towards a common goal
- Ability and experience to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Analytical, logical and methodical in approach
- Pro-active, detail orientated, self-starter
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience as Bidding Producer in a VFX company
- Previous experience on-set in a VFX capacity
- Experience of breaking down scripts
