**The Store Associate** is responsible for helping the store manager and other associates for well-organized, timely and efficient preparation and handling of products in the store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive Invoice and pack the order for the customer as per invoice
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with integrity and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with inventory management and restocking

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

As a Store Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and helping them find the right products.
