**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-maintained.
- Provide product knowledge to customers, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management by participating in stock counts and reporting discrepancies as needed.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to upsell products by understanding customer needs and preferences.
- A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Cashiering experience is beneficial for handling transactions smoothly.
