Responsibilities would include: - Assist in the completion of various month end tasks including journal entry, sales commissions, material usage variance analysis, labour efficiency variance analysis preparation etc. - Prepare and provide P&L analysis for monthly financial statements for assigned profit centers - Updating weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators - Review and analyze foreign currency balances - Ensuring that all Engineering and Tooling trial costs are invoiced - Provide weekly sales information to management - Maintaining costing standards in MRP system - Analyze and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts - Maintain a Fixed Asset addition schedule - Assist in the preparation of the Capex budget and AOP - Has three or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive - Has a University degree with a major in finance or accounting related field - Preferably has a CPA Designation or working towards a CPA designation - Is proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems - Strong oral and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills
