**Your Role**

You’ll be the cornerstone of project success — responsible for coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring impeccable project delivery.
This is a mobile, dynamic, and leadership-oriented role, where no two days are the same.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Manage the full client experience from start to finish: planning, proactive communication, follow-up, and final satisfaction.

Coordinate the production calendar with precision — clients, subcontractors, painting teams.
- Ensure execution quality, profitability, and on-time delivery.
- Recruit, train, and oversee field teams (subcontractors or employees).
- Resolve challenges quickly and turn unexpected situations into opportunities for client satisfaction.

Maintain spotless job sites, delivered on time and to CREO’s standards of excellence.

Comfortable on the road, visiting job sites, and maintaining direct client contact.

**Compensation & Benefits**

Base salary: $60,000 (with potential growth up to $110,000+ based on performance).
- Performance **bonus** and fuel **allowance.**:

- **Commissions: 5% on all additional sales and upsell opportunities.**:

- **Bonus for 5-star reviews**, as a direct recognition of client satisfaction.
- **Vacation**: 4 weeks per year after probation — 3 fixed weeks (last two of December + first of January, company closure) + 1 flexible week.
- **Mileage allowance** according to current CRA standards.
