We are looking for a Marketing Assistant seeking an opportunity to join our marketing team The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team and company events. This is a full-time position with a great opportunity to grow within a creative marketing department. **Position**:Marketing Assistant **Salary**: $40,000 - $50,000 **Expected Start date** As soon as possible **Benefits**: - 15 Days Paid Vacation Days - 3 Paid Employee Sick Days - Quarterly Bonuses - Group Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) - Ongoing Professional Development - Employee Social Events - Complimentary Monthly Friday Lunch - Daily Snacks and Beverages - Time off For Birthdays & Employee of the Month - Summer Hours (1/2-day Fridays in July & August) **Responsibilities**: - Managing ordering, inventory, and timely restocking of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) - Ensure safe delivery of marketing products, and pick-up marketing resources, materials and equipment for marketing initiatives and activities. - Assisting with scheduling meetings, campaigns and third-party vendors; preparing reports on marketing activities and metrics. - Maintaining and updating accurate marketing databases (mailing lists, contacts, etc.) - Assisting with tracking and adhering to event schedules, ensuring timely registration, and confirming participant details. - Overseeing the purchasing of event materials, supplies, and refreshments. Ensuring event requirements (e.g., promotional materials, staff, space) are organized and available. - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns - Ensure exceptional client service at events with the marketing team. - Scheduling social media posts and content, researching trends, supporting content creation (blogs, newsletters, etc.), and tracking KPIs for campaign performance. - Assist with various tasks and projects as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department. - Provide end of day report to upper-level management to ensure you are delivering the superior results. **Qualifications**: - Preferred undergraduate marketing degree or in a related field. - Excellent technology skills in using all Microsoft Suite Software’s including, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, Outlook, Google Chrome, etc. - Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to express ideas and procedures clearly and concisely; ability to work with highly sensitive information - Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, sums, drop-downs, PivotTables, Macros, etc. - Resides in close proximity to the office in Vaughan (preferred) - _Must have > 50 WPM_ - _Must own a vehicle and have full access at all times_ - _Mandatory attendance in Annual Company & Community Events_ **Work Schedule**: - Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm - Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends to assist with event set-up and tear-down - Work Remotely: No Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
