Brampton, Canada McKenzie Seeds Full time

As a McKenzie Seeds Retail Merchandiser, you will join one of the leaders and innovators in the Canadian Gardening industry. You will help us connect consumers to our products and help our retail partners grow their sales by executing our retail merchandising activities throughout the season.

**Territory: Brampton and area.**

**Start Date: December 2024 to mid - August 2025 with possible return next season.**

**What will you do?**
- Visit assigned retail locations in your territory on a weekly/biweekly basis.
- Build displays and set up products at the start of the season.
- Maintain displays by stocking and packing out products, maintaining alpha order on displays and merchandising all McKenzie products.
- Connect with garden center managers/store managers to build your relationship around our trusted brand.
- Enjoy working in a fun, dynamic and self driven work environment.
- End of season tear down and scan out of product at some locations.

**Requirements**:

- Must live in territory and have a general knowledge of the area.
- Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed door to door)
- Must own CSA approved steel-toed footwear.
- Detail oriented and results focused individual.
- Proven effective decision making and problem solving skills while working independently.
- Must be physically able to lift boxes up to 50lbs and have some aptitude at building displays.
- Computer aptitude and a cell phone are mandatory. (reporting completed online)
- Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
