Looking for an individual with a proven track record in sales and client experience to join our expanding team of highly skilled advisors in one of Ottawa’s largest growing insurance agencies. Selling and Servicing Car Insurance, Home and property products, Business Insurance and a whole suite of Financial Services

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:

- Positive, Competitive, Winning Attitude. Memorable, Different and Unexpected in the way you serve clients in even the smallest transaction.
- Receiving monthly sales targets and hitting them continuously, month after month
- Great interpersonal skills, personality that intertwines with a close group of team members that inspire each other daily
- Work ethic, and a strong one. This is a careernot a job. You have set hours however this is a sales business therefore you may need to put in some extra sometime and receive the rewards you yourself create.
- CoachabilityThere is a lot to learn in this industry and a lot of opportunity to advance. We have awesom systems, processes and trainingso just be open to learning and being coached. Our model is VERY PROVENSo just trust in our processes
- Attendance.Just show up If you are the type of individual that needs a lot of time off.Please do not apply. Attendance is key for our agency to accommodate our large client base daily.. HOWEVEROnce you reach a certain licensing level, and sales resultsYou may also qualify for a 4 DAY WORK WEEKWhich is A LOT of time off
- MORE THAN ONE LANGUAGE. We hire based on Sales Drive and Passion. French is definitely an asset if you have it but does not disqualify you if you don’t.
