**Summary**

We are seeking a Closer to join our dynamic team at A&W Food Services of Canada Inc. As a Closer, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency during closing hours. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of service and quality.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized at closing time.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests until closing.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Assist in training new staff members on closing procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during closing hours.
- Conduct product demos as needed to enhance customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
