**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

• Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including hand tools and power tools.
• Assist with planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops as needed.
• Utilize basic math skills to measure and mix fertilizers or other agricultural products accurately.
• Conduct regular inspections of crops and soil to monitor growth and identify any issues.
• Assist in the upkeep of gardens and landscaping around the farm premises.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as required during planting and harvesting seasons.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

**Qualifications**

• Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating various types of farm machinery.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks throughout the day.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing agricultural products accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
