**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with leadership team and external behaviour consultants to develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies, policies, and programs.
- Provide guidance and support to children with diverse ability's.
- Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in diversity and inclusion and incorporate them into organizational policies and practices.
- Maintain accurate written records relating to participants as well as maintain a level of confidentiality with participants & parents.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- A cleared criminal record check.
- Demonstrated understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and best practices.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and personal development in the field of diversity and inclusion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

- Cumberland, BC (required)
