**Job Overview**:
As a **Supervisor Restoration Technician**, you will lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This role is ideal for someone with a background in disaster restoration, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, working closely with project managers, and ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding safety and compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead restoration projects, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage recovery.
- Coordinate and manage on-site restoration teams, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Perform hands-on restoration work, including setting up drying equipment, cleaning, and demolition.
- Provide daily progress reports to Project Managers and keep accurate records of work completed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, worksite protocols, and company policies.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets company standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, ensuring they follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Liaise with clients to address any concerns and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and service restoration equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in the property restoration industry (water, fire, or mold damage restoration).
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is highly preferred.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, or FSRT) are a strong asset.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of performing restoration tasks, including heavy lifting and operating equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environments.

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
