**Upper James Toyota is seeking a meticulous and adaptable Lot Attendant for our** pre-owned vehicle lot.**

Upper James Toyota is a family-owned and operated dealership. We are a large volume retailer in the Greater Hamilton Area that has been providing a high standard of customer service for over 40 years. We take pride in the value we provide our clients in sales and service.

This position requires an incumbent that is reliable, motivated and customer focused. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining and managing the sales lot and driving customers. The Lot Attendants assist in ensuring the sales vehicle lot is inviting to our valued clients. The Lot Attendants are responsible for keeping vehicles clean and orderly and preparing vehicles for delivery to the client

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Pre-owned vehicle display & display area maintenance
- Stock tagging
- Price labeling and year plate display
- Point of Sale Materials
- Wash and fuel vehicles.
- Reconditioning oversight

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in vehicle display management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to drive manual & automatic transmission.

**Work Conditions**:

- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Shift work may be required, including evening, weekends and early mornings.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods and to bending, twist, push, pull and carry equipment and supplies.
- Lifting or moving up to 40lbs may be required, including shoveling snow, carrying car parts, and cleaning equipment/supplies.
