We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to join our permanent, full-time team at a long-term care facility in Vancouver. The position offers a rotating schedule of 4 days/evenings on, followed by 2 days off, with shifts 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

**Position Overview**: As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of the Director of Care and the Administrator, delivering quality nursing care in accordance with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP) standards and South Granville Park Lodge's policies.

**Requirements**:

- Current Licensed Practical Nurse Registration
- Current First Aid Level 1 - OFA
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Capable of thriving in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in related equipment and skills, including medication administration, liaising with physicians and families, pain management, and conducting physical assessments

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
- Perform resident admissions, discharges, and transfers according to established protocols
- Ensure the delivery of nursing care aligns with professional standards and legislative guidelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $36.70 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
