**Part Time Sales Representative**

Affordable Storage Centre - Downtown or Stadium

Edmonton, AB

Looking for part time employee for weekends and to cover vacations. Scheduled shifts are usual 14-16 hours on the weekends, up to 30 hours with extra shifts.

**What you can expect.**
- Weekend shifts, 7 hours per day, 10AM-5PM. No late nights.

**What you will do?**
- Lease/sell storage space to meet client requirements, with a rental agreement
- Promote and sell packing and moving supplies
- Provide ongoing assistance to clients in their use of storage spaces
- Regularly monitor the property and rental units and while ensuring the property remains clean and accessible, including some cleaning and snow shoveling
- Update client accounts, receive payments and conduct move out inspections
- Collect and prepare information for daily reports
- Some shipping and receiving
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- High School Graduate or GED.
- Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone
- Have the ability to use positive language while building relationships with new clients
- Proficient computer skills (MS-Office, keyboarding and internet savvy)
- Hold valid Government issued photo ID

**How to apply**:
