**COMPETATIVE COMPENSATION**

Starting**:$23.74/hour** ($21.89/hour base rate + $0.60/hour shift premium + $1.25/hour weekly attendance incentive)

After 6 months**:$26.18/ hour**($24.33/hour base rate +$0.60/hour shift premium + $1.25/hour weekly attendance incentive)

**AVAILABLE SHIFTS**

Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm, including a 30 minute paid lunch

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Must adhere to standard operating procedures
- Successful completion of WHMIS training (or willingness to obtain)
- Successful completion of Aerial Lift Operator Certification and Forklift License (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to use a high pressure hose and cleaning chemicals
- Maintain good manufacturing practices as related to hygiene, allergen, handling and temperature control
- Receiving chemicals as required
- Outside garbage/recycling/ash trays
- Prepare garbage bins and empty garbage bins regularly in production
- Wipe down condensation
- Set up and empty gray garbage bins
- Compact cardboard
- Empty black buggies as required
- Dispose of skids as needed
- Dispensing of chemicals
- Shoveling snow and salting the ground
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated understanding of food safety (to be tested)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
- Demonstrated recent satisfactory performance and attendance

Exceldor Cooperativein Hanover, Ontario is currently hiring on their production line. Reporting to the Supervisor, the Production worker is responsible for constructing and processing food products. This position involves repetitive work with a need for speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. You will be required to work in different areas of the department performing a variety of production related activities.
