**Description**:
We’re seeking a young, motivated, and high-energy fitness coach with a strong background in boxing to join our growing program.

The ideal coach is passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals while bringing energy, discipline, and creativity into every session. You’ll work with clients of various ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced, and help them develop strength, confidence, and boxing skills in a motivating environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead engaging boxing and fitness training sessions (private and group).
- Provide proper instruction on boxing techniques, conditioning, and overall fitness.
- Motivate clients and maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
- Adapt training to different skill levels and personal goals.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Background in boxing (competitive or coaching experience preferred).
- Young, energetic, and highly motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Ability to create fun, safe, and effective training sessions.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

- Animer des séances de boxe & fitness (1-on-1 + petits groupes).
- Enseigner les techniques de boxe correctement avec de la motivation et du fun.
- Pousser les clients à se dépasser (dans la bonne humeur et en toute sécurité).
- Amener ton énergie et ta personnalité—rien d’ennuyeux ici

**Profil recherché**:

- **Basé à Montréal, Québec (local uniquement)**:

- Expérience en boxe (entraînement, combat ou coaching, gros plus).
- Dynamique, motivant, avec beaucoup d’énergie.
- Fiable, ponctuel et pro—même avec le vibe décontracté.
- Bilingue (français/anglais) est un atout, pas une obligation.

Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
