Expeditor:
We’re looking for energetic, team-oriented people with strong communication skills to join our team.

An Expeditor’s responsibilities include:

- Ensuring food quality is at the highest standards and follows Milestone’s established food quality and plating specifications
- Working in a team environment with both front and back of house staff to ensure a great guest experience
- Follows established procedures in food safety
- Takes pride in our food program
- demonstrates that pride by taking ownership of their dedicated station, preparing food only that meets Milestone’s highest standards
- Plays a vital role in the control of food waste, inventory levels and storage of food PERKS

- Welcoming guests while making genuine conversation as you seat them
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality day-in and day-out
- Work well in a team environment and under high stress
- Ability to multi-task and take direction
- Interacts with guests, co-workers and management in a positive way
