**Your Role**
- Prepare and bake pizzas according to our recipes, techniques, and timing standards, ensuring both quality and integrity of the dough and ingredients.
- Participate in dough preparation, fermentation, and product maturation processes with care and precision.
- Support R&D and seasonal menu adjustments through tastings and testing.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Collaborate with fellow cooks to ensure fluid, respectful teamwork and timely service.
- Uphold the values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and respect in every action.
**Experience**
- Minimum 2-3 years in a serious kitchen or pizzeria environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of ingredient handling, temperature control, and fermentation is preferred.
- Familiarity with artisanal or slow-food settings is a plus.
- Above all: a sincere passion for learning and refining your craft.
