**Key Accountabilities**
- Review historical turnaround projects to create more cost and time-efficient plans.
- Conduct field inspections and develop appropriate job work scopes.
- Develop the preliminary turnaround scope from work requests and requirements.
- Create complete work packages, including equipment data, step plans, estimates, supporting documents, and spare parts.
- Continuously update work requirements, highlighting potential issues with concurrent projects.
- Assist in schedule development using Primavera (P6) and provide reports for management review.
- Review work scope changes and assess their impact on the turnaround plan.
- Collaborate with teams to identify critical-path items and milestones.
- Identify and requisition replacement and spare parts for equipment.

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma or GED.
- Journeyperson Trade Certification, Engineering, or other relevant education.
- 5+ years of experience in turnaround planning.
- Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership ability, team-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail and mínimal supervision required.
