**Job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Represent the Baby & Beyond Brand with the highest level of professionalism and knowledge
- Provide an exceptional experience that exceeds the expectations of our customers
- Work closely with our store Manager to coordinate merchandising and schedule marketing initialtives, both in store and social media
- Handle inquiries using a variety of tools such as social media, phone, responding to customers questions
- Perform light cleaning duties, keep the store in a clean and tidy condition
- Handle POS and online transactions
- Handle returns or exchanges of merchandise
- Update inventory as required

**Qualifications**
- Previous sales experience as a Retail Sales associate, Customer Service or similar role working with customers in a retail environment
- Proven sales track record
- Enthusiastic learner who maintains up to date knowledge about all products
- Proficiency in English
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Excellent Verbal and written communicator
- Available to work a flexible schedule including some **Fridays, some evenings and every weekend**:

- High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
