**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a **Rug Room Manager** to lead and oversee the care of area rugs in our Port Coquitlam facility. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, organization, and quality control. You’ll manage the end-to-end process — from intake and cleaning to inspection, packaging, and delivery — ensuring every rug receives the premium care our clients expect.

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee all rug cleaning operations in our facility, ensuring timely and quality results.
- Pick up, clean, and deliver area rugs according to schedule.
- Perform detailed pre-inspections and post-cleaning checks, documenting condition and cleaning reports.
- Identify appropriate cleaning methods and chemical solutions for various rug types and fibres.
- Troubleshoot cleaning challenges and perform minor spot treatments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rug room and equipment.
- Provide estimates for residential and commercial cleaning jobs as requested.
- Support fieldwork and residential carpet cleaning when required.

**What You Bring**
- Strong time management and organizational skills: you keep projects on track.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, fibres, and fabric handling.
- Experience in rug cleaning or related têxtile care (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Analytical mindset for troubleshooting and quality control.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive, collaborative team.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
