We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented seasonal Project Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is ready to make an impact on day one.

**About the Role**

The Project Administrator bridges Accounting and Operations, ensuring projects are accurately set up, invoiced, and financially monitored throughout their lifecycle. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, people, and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review, interpret project contracts and ensure alignment with internal financial systems.
- Coordinate accurate project setup and billing structures in accounting software.
- Prepare, issue, and track invoices based on project milestones, time, and materials.
- Support Project Managers by reconciling budgets, internal payroll, and third-party costs.
- Process project payments, change orders, and extra work documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Provide administrative support - filing, data entry, meeting scheduling, and logistics.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in engineering, construction, or consulting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience with accounting or ERP software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
