**Discovery Ford** is seeking a **Part-Time Receptionist **to join our team

**Hours: Two evenings per week 4pm - 8pm and alternating Saturdays 9am - 5pm** About Us**

**Responsibilities**:

- Telephone communications and reception
- Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
- Vehicle licensing and administration
- Participate in dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/payments
- Participate in administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
- One (1) year of reception experience or equivalent preferred
- Dealership experience preferred
- Licensing experience will be considered an asset
