Reporting to the Maintenance Director, the housekeeping attendant is assigned to cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the establishment's common areas and apartments. Position from Monday to Friday on the day shift. Hiring bonus of $500 after 6 months.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- No experience necessary
