We are looking for a Material Handler to help organize and maintain our storage areas by moving material efficiently, in a safe manner. This individual will also be responsible for monitoring inventory and communicating any shortages.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Move raw material to production equipment and pull finished products to assigned areas.
- Organize stock in the most efficient way using forklifts and pallet trucks.
- Receive and check incoming pick tickets, pulling material to fulfill orders properly.
- Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed.
- Keep the warehouse area clean and clutter free by moving waste material into appropriate areas via identification tags.
- Move and dispose of waste material to assigned areas.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma, with previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar position
- Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks), forklift license an asset.
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated self-starter with dexterity and attention to detail, while being quick and reliable
- Organizational skills, with attention to cleanliness.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (up to 40 lbs.)
- Flexibility to work days and afternoon shifts, with availability to occasionally work overtime
