**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers while leading and developing a team of retail associates.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the store manager in daily operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays and promote sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in achieving store goals through effective time management and organizational skills.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service; prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology sales with the ability to effectively demonstrate products to customers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
