**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required by hotel standards.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with laundry services as needed to ensure a steady supply of clean linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and hospitality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated time frames.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus but not mandatory.
