Join Midas Scarborough-New Market-Markham as an Auto Repair Store Manager, where you’ll lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional automotive service. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the auto repair shop, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing team performance.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and order parts and supplies as needed.
- Prepare financial reports and manage budgets to meet company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
- Must have mechanic licence

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive repair management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
