As an Operations Manager for STAS Canada, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the daily oversight of the operations, including daily staffing follow up and deployment planning, and making sure all team members are briefed and prepared for their shift.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee all Service Security Managers (SSM) on duty;
- Manage and lead all screening operations for their team/shift;
- Single point of contact for the client’s on duty Manager, Service Delivery;
- Complete all necessary reports/evaluations for both the client and STAS;
- Ensure shift briefings are done and tracked according to procedure;
- Orient his team to achieve desired performance levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
- Participate in meeting & committees as needed/requested;
- Responsible for the good management of SITT;
- Other related tasks.

**Job requirements**
- High School Diploma (Higher education an asset);
- Hold an Airside vehicle operator's permit (D/A);
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in supervision;
- Bilingual, both written and spoken (French/English);
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively, especially in regards to feedback and coaching;
- Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships;
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and new ideas;
- Ability to solve problems with a high level of complexity;
- Strong ability to manage stress;
- Ability to work as a team;
- Exercise leadership to mobilize a team;
- Ability to give clear and precise instructions to a team;
- Ability to manage priorities and delegate;
- Ability to organize effective work through the team.

**Additional Requirements**
- Be willing to undergo extensive security & reference checks;
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Be legally entitled to work within Canada.
