**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site, Coordinate material ordering, including the inspection and verification of quantities delivered to the project.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Lead construction crew with daily and weekly project tasks
- Preform on-site layout as per construction project drawings
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project requirements.
- Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately.
- Collaborate with project manager to communicate progress and address any issues that arise.
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices in construction techniques and safety measures.
- Effectively manage all rental and in-house equipment to ensure maximum utilization
- Maintain office reporting requirements (ie. daily reports, timesheets, quality inspections etc.)

**Skills**
- 5+ years experience as a site Foreman or similar role working on Municipal projects, water/sewer, road construction
- Proficient in construction management
- Strong understanding of budgeting principles related to construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience in construction estimating to assist with project planning.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
- Strong attention to detail for quality control purposes.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
