Are you a skilled pet groomer who thrives in a caring, professional, and community-driven environment? Les Anges Gardiennes is seeking a dedicated groomer to join our growing team in NDG. With over 25 years of experience in holistic pet care, we’re more than a grooming salon—we're a haven for pets and a trusted name for their families. We’re looking for someone who not only has strong grooming skills but also shares our passion for compassionate, restraint-free grooming and providing a calm, safe experience for every animal under our wings. Our groomers are at the heart of our mission to improve the lives of pets to reduce the number of abandoned animals while supporting pet parents with trusted, high-quality care.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build lasting trust with pet parents by listening to their needs and offering expert advice with warmth and transparency
- Groom dogs (and occasionally cats) with precision, patience, and gentle handling, especially those with anxiety or sensitivities
- Identify and communicate any skin, coat, or behavioral concerns observed during grooming
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming grooming environment for pets and clients
- Support your fellow Angels with a cooperative, can-do attitud, we succeed together

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in grooming with scissors, clippers, and hand-stripping techniques
- Deep love and respect for animals of all temperaments and sizes
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work with dogs over 100 lbs
- Commitment to high standards in safety, hygiene, and service
- A team player who’s also confident working independently

- Certification from a recognized grooming program
- Experience in fear-free or low-stress handling methods
- Prior work in pet care, veterinary clinics, or volunteer
