**Purpose**:
We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and tech-savvy Anti Money Laundering (AML) Supervisor to join our team in Toronto, Canada.

You will be responsible for all aspects of compliance across the organization. As the GGPoker brand operates in a number of different jurisdictions, responsibilities include maintaining awareness of the regulatory requirements in different countries and liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance. Strong knowledge of current Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Responsible Gaming (RG) best practices would be ideal.

You will work with our Compliance Team and report to our Chief Financial Officer.

**What you will do**:

- Be in direct contact with regulatory bodies and legislative external stakeholders (including the UKGC, iGO, AGCO) in order to ensure that the business is operating in a fully compliant manner from an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Responsible Gaming (RG) perspective
- Work with various authorities to submit regulatory returns and conduct ongoing internal reviews and audits of the B2C operations of the Company, identifying regulatory vulnerabilities across all policies, procedures and systems in place from an AML and Responsible Gaming perspective
- Implement appropriate developments and amendments across AML and Responsible Gaming policies, procedures and systems as well as regularly reporting to senior management
- Perform the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) duties and ensure AML compliance is maintained for the Company
- Maintain a record of the STR (Suspicious Transaction Report) having been received and its processing via the Internal STR Register
- Determine whether the reported activity gives rise to grounds for knowledge or suspicion of potential ML/FT
- If the MLRO determines that the activity does not give rise to grounds for knowledge or submission and decides not to submit a SAR (Suspicious Activity Report), record and retain his/her reasons for non-escalation on a separate file away from the customer’s record/profile in the STR Register
- Report to the Board of Directors regarding any AML matters
- Maintain the Company’s business risk assessments
- Manage AML trainings for all employees
- Other duties as required

**What you must have**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a compliance/AML-orientated role
- 1+ years' of managerial experience
- Experience in working with a range of internal stakeholders such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, Payments etc
- Strong knowledge of all AML policies, reporting requirements and procedures
- Qualification in compliance, AML and/or law
- Proven problem solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Entrepreneurial spirit and resourceful
- Eager to learn, achieve, grow, and succeed

**We would like you to have**:

- Experience working in the iGaming industry
- Experience dealing with a range of different governing bodies and regulators
- Experience in creating and assessing AML compliance policies and processes
- Experience acting as an MLRO or directly assisting an MLRO
- Experience in handling internal reporting and audits
