**Duties**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while enhancing their skills through ongoing development.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring efficient checkout processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a strong background in sales management is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and lead a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing time efficiently.
- Experience with training & development initiatives to foster employee growth.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong leadership qualities.

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
