**Role Summary**:
Clear Trust Mortgages offer full support and sales training through:

- Regular personalized coaching
- Strategic business planning
- Goal setting
- Lender workshop
- Focus group sessions
- Online training support
- Guided sales calls
- Relationship building activities
- Marketing and Social Media Training

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Developing relationships with business partners and referral sources
- Working closely with our lending partners to ensure a smooth mortgage process

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ‪Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to learn sales skills
- Attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- ‪Exceptional customer service skills
- ‪Excellent communication skills in English _(other languages an asset)_
- ‪Be eligible to work in Canada

**Compensation**:
