Window Cleaning and Snow Removal Labourer

_**Job Description**_
- **RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE**:_
- _**Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently to clean various surfaces on residential and commercial properties.**_
- _**Ensure the truck, trailer, or van is fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment before each job.**_
- _**Safely use step ladders and extension ladders (24’-32’) as needed.**_
- _**Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.**_
- _**Utilize an online app-based system to access daily schedules and detailed work orders.**_
- _**Perform a thorough post-work inspection to ensure quality control across the entire property.**_
- _**Assess surfaces to determine the best cleaning methods and solutions for optimal results.**_
- _**Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.**_
- _**Pay close attention to detail and work efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner.**_
- _**Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.**_
- _**Possess mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and maintain equipment as needed.**_
- _**Treat every job site with care and respect, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.**_
- **REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE**:_
- _**Valid drivers license - Must have a clean drivers license -**_We will require a current drivers abstract._
- _**Able to pass a mandatory criminal background check.**_
- _**High school diploma or equivalent.**_
- _**Previous experience would be an asset but not required -**_**We will train the right person with a winning attitude, who is a fast learner with an eagerness to learn.**_
- _**Experience driving 1 ton truck, cargo trailer and commercial van is an asset but not required -**_**Willing to train.**_
- _**Scissor lift and/or boom lift machine experience is an asset but not required.**_**Willing to train and professionally certify.**_
- _**Must be at least 18 years of age.**_
- _**Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write English.**_
- _**Reliable, punctual, organized, motivated, high detail oriented, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.**_
- _**Must be relentless with accuracy and the finer details. We are in the cleaning business and**_**our job is to “Wow the Client” and to get the job done correctly the first time around. Attention to detail is key**_
- **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS FOR THIS ROLE**:_
- _**Must be able to work outdoors, conditions could include all weather conditions except for below freezing temperatures and snow. There are certain job sites that are indoors.**_
- _**Must be able to stand, bend over, and walk when pressure washing/window cleaning.**_
- _**Must be physically fit. Some tasks are repetitive.**_
- _**Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.**_
- _**Be flexible and available to work days, nights, and weekends based on client needs. Usual working days would be Monday through Friday during the day. When demand is needed, the occasional evenings/nights would be required.**_
- _**8-hour shifts on average.**_
- _**Potential for out-of-town work and be able to work for at least 5-7 days straight. Accommodations will be provided.**_
- _**Wearing safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, respirators, safety boots, hard hat (when required), ear protection, fall restraint harness.**_
