HEAVY EQUIPMENT APPRENTICE
Regina/Saskatoon, SK
Sterling Crane has an exciting opportunity for a Heavy Equipment Apprentice based in our Regina and Saskatoon, SK locations. This is a full-time position hourly (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime required and some travel to various site locations.
**HEAVY EQUIPMENT APPRENTICE**
Regina/Saskatoon, SK
Sterling Crane has an exciting opportunity for a Heavy Equipment Apprentice based in our Regina and Saskatoon, SK locations. This is a full-time position hourly (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime required and some travel to various site locations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshooting, inspecting, and cleaning equipment, testing machinery, and repairing and servicing the Sterling equipment fleet.
- Estimate the cost of repairs, order parts and track fleet maintenance in the Sterling Preventative Maintenance Program.
**Qualifications**:
- 1st or 2nd year apprentice is preferred but all will be considered.
- A strong working knowledge of Link-Belt, Liebherr, Grove and Tadano crane manufacturers is an asset.
- Working experience in electrical and hydraulic systems is an asset.
- Must supply own hand tools, a valid driver’s license, and possessing a valid Class 1 is considered an asset.
