Job description

Dynamic Closures is a manufacturer of made-to-order security grilles and closures for the retail and commercial building sectors around the world. We are looking to add to quality individuals to our production team.

What we offer:

- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shift
- Starting hourly wage of $19.38, $22.21 after 12 months

Physical requirements:

- Stand for periods of time
- Bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform manual tasks throughout the day

What you can expect to do:

- Read and follow production work orders including layout diagrams, operation instructions, and bills of material
- Assemble and test manufactured products
- Move and sort materials
- Operate machinery and tools
- Fabricate components
- Package and ship finished goods
- Complete time tracking, inspection, shipping, and other reports
- Participate in training and development
- Rotate tasks and assist other team members
- Perform work to the required standards
- Contribute to a safe and organized workplace
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
