**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Concession Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages at our concession. You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience for our guests by ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

**Duties**
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food and beverages according to established guidelines, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions, including processing payments through POS systems.
- Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area, including kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

**Experience**
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Previous cashiering experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with guests.
- Time management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in food handling or working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is beneficial.
