**Résumé du poste**:
Relevant du gérant des opérations de détail, le gérant du réapprovisionnement du magasin est chargé de superviser les équipes d'entrepôt et de marchandisage et de maintenir les normes de marchandisage pour toutes les catégories du magasin hors taxes de Montréal.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Diriger, gérer et encadrer le superviseur du réapprovisionnement, l’entrepôt et l’équipe de
marchandisage.
- Assurer une disponibilité optimale des stocks pour les clients des magasins hors taxes de
Montréal.
- Gestion des paramètres de réapprovisionnement internes dans le système Microsoft NAV.
- Analyser et identifier les anomalies dans la disponibilité des stocks et communiquer avec
l'équipe appropriée (TI, Achats, Logistique) pour résoudre tout problème.
- Identifier les opportunités de placement optimal des produits en fonction du client et pour
maximiser les ventes.
- Maintenir des normes élevées de marchandisage et de présentation pour toutes les
catégories dans tous les magasins.
- Entretenir des relations avec les représentants du marchandisage de la marque, les
partenaires de l'aéroport et les équipes internes d'ARI.
- Coordonner avec l'équipe de gestion de la vente au détail les priorités quotidiennes sur
les transferts et organiser les ressources selon le plan.
- Identifier les domaines d'amélioration et établir des procédures et pratiques de travail
innovantes ou ajuster les procédures et pratiques existantes.
- Assurer toujours le respect de toutes les réglementations en matière de sécurité
aéroportuaire et de douanes.
- Participer au processus de décompte des stocks.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches ou projets connexes si nécessaire.
**Qualifications requises (éducation, expérience et compétences)**:
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de personnes dans un rôle similaire.
- Flexibilité pour travailler à des heures non traditionnelles, y compris les jours, les nuits,
les week-ends et les jours fériés.
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français.
- Expérience de la motivation, du coaching et du soutien des membres de l'équipe.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à prendre des décisions dans un
environnement en évolution rapide.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation, de leadership, de résolution de
problèmes, de gestion des personnes et du temps.
- Expérience et permis d'utilisation de transpalettes électriques, un atout.
- Force physique requise (doit être capable de soulever 15 à 20 kg).
- Connaissance des progiciels d’entrepôt et maîtrise de MS Office.

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the Store Replenishment Manager is responsible for overseeing the warehouse and merchandising teams and maintaining merchandising standards for all categories in the Montreal Duty-Free store.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, manage, and coach the Replenishment Supervisor, the warehouse and the
merchandising team.
- Ensuring optimal stock availability for customers in the Montreal Airport Duty-Free stores.
- Management of internal replenishment parameters in the Microsoft NAV system.
- Analyse and identify anomalies in stock availability and communicate with the appropriate
team (IT, Buying, Logistics) to resolve any issues.
- Identify opportunities for optimal placement of products with the customer in mind and to
maximise sales.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and presentation for all categories throughout
the stores.
- Maintain relationships with brand merchandising representatives, airport partners and
internal ARI teams.
- Coordinate with the Retail Management Team the daily priorities on transfers and organize the resources according to the plan.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures
and practices.
- Always ensure compliance with all the Airport Security and Customs regulations.
- Participate in the inventory count process.
- Perform other related tasks or projects when needed.
**Required Qualifications (Education, Experience & Skills)**:
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing people in a similar role.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Experience with motivating, coaching, and supporting team members.
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
