The cook is responsible for the day-to-day food preparation and cooking in the Restaurant. You would uphold performance standards, policies and procedures such as cooking methods and quality standards while ensuring compliance with food and kitchen-related safety and health regulations. Ensure the cooking of quality food in a clean organized manner and assumes responsibility for quality of products served.
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a line cook
- or relevant experience
- Previous Hotel / Resort experience an asset
- Must have a food safe certificate
- You will be required to obtain a Serving it Right certificate

- Ability to cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products accurately and efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
