Responsibilities:

- Install and repair underground pipelines for water, sewer, and drainage systems
- Excavate trenches using various equipment such as backhoes and power tools
- Lay pipe sections and connect them using welding techniques
- Ensure proper alignment and grade of pipes
- Test installed pipes for leaks and make necessary repairs
- Backfill trenches and compact soil to restore the surface
- Operate bucket trucks to access elevated work areas
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a pipelayer or in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to pipeline installation
- Ability to operate equipment such as backhoes, trucks, and power tools
- Proficient in rigging and welding techniques for pipe connections
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
