We are growing and want you to grow with us. Our team is seeking a proactive, reliable, creative and analytical Content Marketing Manager to join our Brand Strategy team.
Department & The Role
Wondershare Brand Strategy Team: We have a big mission to build the most loved products in the world. As a part of that mission, our team is responsible for defining the visual brand expression to brand purpose, identifying customer needs and driving strategy for our products. The team delivers stunning creative advertising and campaigns based on deep customer insights. As a part of the team, you will play a key role in helping shape the way the entire world perceives Wondershare Products. You’ll help build a brand that communicates our purpose, defines perception and awareness globally, and puts a spotlight on our diverse portfolio of solutions.
The Role: You will be leading the strategy to help our users understand our products by leveraging all media channels (Paid, Earned, Social & Owned). You will focus on improving our content strategy system as a whole, not just sentences and words. Be driven to have a deep impact on key areas, not just shallow impact everywhere. If you are looking to practice your craft with like minded marketers and independence to try new ideas - this role is for you You’ll be managing a small diverse team of specialists to support strategy across the business. Content Strategy for us sits alongside Branding, Product and Digital Marketing. Wondershare sees content as a crucial part of its ongoing success. We’ve got a lot of content and talented people to build more, but we need to do a better job of delivering the right content to the right people at the right time. You will be collaborating with PMs, PMMs, Designers and Researchers on a daily basis to identify what needs to be shipped while keeping user needs close to your heart.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leads the development and deployment of industry-leading conversion-oriented content, from ideation to execution, driving traffic, building audiences, and converting new users
- Works alongside the Brand & Product team to develop a cross-functional content and event strategy, using audience data and content focus to drive key themes
- Manages a small team of Content Marketing Specialists to create original video content, campaign material, media posts, website copy and product promotional material that drive traffic and generate leads as part of a holistic marketing strategy
- Works closely with our Influencer + Communications team to build and deepen meaningful relationships with creators and users, ensuring a consistently diverse and inclusive range of speakers and collaborators are featured
- Uses business and departmental objectives as a foundation to drive strategy, measuring the impact of programs to meet business objectives, reporting on performance and pivoting tactics when necessary
- Drives brand awareness, ensuring product positioning, messaging and assets are on-point and of the highest quality
- Supports the development of key themes and editorial based on audience data and industry knowledge
- Manages external partners and freelancers including cost negotiations, outreach, and logistics
- Works with creative team to provide direction and approval on campaign and event assets
- Researches and analyzes new technology, techniques, threats and industry best practices
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in data driven content marketing, professional writing/editing, ideally within a B2C context across full-funnel initiatives
- Demonstrated marketing channel strategy, content writing, storytelling, and SEO experience optimizing content
- Deeply understands the modern go-to-market landscape, including people, process, and technology/software practices of leading organizations
- Proficiency in audience segmentation and targeting strategy
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis and extracting insights to develop engaging content and marketing stories
- Ability to work effectively across functions and influence partners across the business
- Ability to rapidly grasp details and potential use cases for technol
